Job Responsibility:

Deliver direct patient care and evaluate functional needs
Develop and implement personalized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Document evaluations, goals, and progress
Lead and mentor support staff
Promote physical therapy services in the community

Requirements:

Graduate of an APTA-accredited PT program
Active, unrestricted PT license in Massachusetts
Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
Willing and able to travel within the coverage area (50%)
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
