Job Description:

Guardian Angel Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide home-based therapy services in Ventura, California. This position is a travel/home health assignment offering a consistent Monday–Friday, 8-hour day schedule with a guaranteed 36–40 hour workweek.

Job Responsibility:

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and functional independence in a home setting

Requirements:

Active California PT license
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Experience in home health physical therapy preferred
Ability to work independently while managing a travel schedule

Nice to have:

Experience in home health physical therapy

What we offer:

Mileage reimbursement $0.70/mile
