Job Description:

Now Hiring: Physical Therapists Across the Central Hudson Valley (On‑Site Roles). We are expanding our clinical team and seeking passionate, patient‑centered Physical Therapists to join us at one of multiple locations throughout the Southern Hudson Valley in New York. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who value mentorship, professional growth, and delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Review patient medical histories to understand needs and treatment considerations
Diagnose movement‑related conditions through observation, assessment, and patient communication
Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes
Utilize therapeutic exercise, stretching, equipment‑based interventions, and hands‑on manual therapy to reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent further injury
Track patient progress, document clinical findings, and adjust plans of care as needed

Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state of New York
Commitment to patient‑centered, evidence‑based practice
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
