Job Description:

The Physical Therapist, Travel provides high-quality, compassionate, and ethical care to patients in their homes, across various locations nationally. This position will work independently and collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver care to patients who are rehabilitating, managing chronic conditions, or are in the end stage of life. This position requires a highly skilled and adaptable Physical Therapist with strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assess, plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients and patient groups
  • Provides patient care/service based on identified needs/developmental level for all patient populations
  • Provides high-quality, compassionate, and ethical care to patients in their homes
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver care
