Job Description:

The Physical Security Manager will oversee Fever’s security operations to ensure there are no breaches or vulnerabilities affecting the company or its employees. This includes implementing and managing global physical security design requirements, access control systems, and surveillance services. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, managing security contractors, supervising a security team, and ensuring security control measures are effective.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement access control systems and surveillance services for Fever globally
write and develop detailed Physical Security design requirements and standards
provide technical support and guidance for physical security systems installed
define and maintain all security controls, assess their effectiveness, and recommend improvements
oversee tenders and performance of security guard services globally
analyze and work effectively with project and event managers to make decisions regarding physical security for events
create and supervise a physical security team.

Requirements:

Previous experience in similar positions in corporate experience
experience in managing the design, operation, and installation of global physical security systems
previous experience in managing security systems related to cameras, guarding, etc.
knowledge of electronic security, physical security, risk prevention, and security regulation
completion of a Security Director Course by the Spanish Ministry of the Interior
certifications such as CPP and PSP will be highly considered
experience in writing design specifications and standards, technical manuals, and procedures
experience in developing and delivering training programs
fluent English (fluency in other languages like Spanish, French, or Portuguese is a plus)
emotional intelligence and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
bachelor’s degree in Security, Criminology, or related careers
innovative and strong multi-tasking capabilities
ability to translate complex concepts into easily understood principles
strong time management skills and ownership over entrusted work
comfortable handling highly confidential and sensitive information
strong communication skills in an international environment like Americas or APAC.

Nice to have:

Certifications such as CPP, PSP
fluency in other languages like Spanish, French, or Portuguese.
