Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver the day-to-day physical security management across assigned Vodafone locations, ensuring a safe, compliant, and resilient environment
  • Deliver risk assessments, mitigation measures, third-party service provider oversight, and incident management, enabling a culture of security within the business
  • Conduct site risk assessments
  • design and oversee implementation of mitigation measures, and co-ordinate with Facilities, Operations, and Network teams to ensure security alignment
  • Oversee management of access control rights for assigned locations
  • Lead incident response and investigations into threats or breaches
  • Ensure compliance with Vodafone security policies, external regulations, and industry standards
  • Manage third party security providers and contractors against agreed SLAs
  • Monitor security trends and emerging threats relevant to assigned locations and areas and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management

Requirements:

  • Proven Physical Security operations experience
  • Risk assessments and incident management abilities

  • Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Experience managing security operations in corporate, tech, critical infrastructure, or similar environments
