Job Responsibility:

  • To proactively promote and deliver within the Health & Wellbeing Service and all related projects and events delivered by the Active Lifestyles Team
  • Delivery of health checks and healthy lifestyle advice within local communities, referring to partner agencies where appropriate
  • Delivery of consultations and safe and effective exercise prescription for participants referred into the Active North Ayrshire Physical Activity on Referral Programme
  • Maintain databases and records within the Physical Activity programme ensuring compliance with confidentiality and access

Requirements:

  • Qualification in physical activity, health, wellbeing or fitness (HND or CIMSPA Level2)
  • Full Drivers Licence

Nice to have:

REPS Level 3 Qualification in Physical Activity on Referral or be working towards this

What we offer:

Assistance may be given to the right candidate in gaining this qualification – Training salary LW £13.52 per hour
