As a PHP/WordPress Developer with our team, you’ll play a key role in crafting high-performance, scalable, and secure digital solutions that help clients distinguish themselves online.

Job Responsibility

  • Converting design blueprints into custom WordPress themes, plugins, and tailored integrations
  • Work closely with designers, strategists, and backend engineers to deliver solutions that are efficient, maintainable, and adhere to modern standards for speed and accessibility
  • Help drive technical discussions and continually enhance our development workflow

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing with PHP, WordPress, and related technologies
  • Proven track record in building custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress core, including hooks, actions, filters, and template structure
  • Experience translating designs from tools like Figma into functional, pixel-perfect frontends
  • Skilled in REST APIs, third-party service integrations, and creating custom API endpoints
  • Proficient with Git version control and collaborative development processes
  • Familiarity with WP CLI, debugging, and performance optimization tools
  • Solid understanding of WordPress security best practices (such as user roles, data sanitization, use of nonces)

Nice to have

  • Experience with headless WordPress or other advanced integrations is a plus
  • Committed to writing clear, well-documented code and contributing to code reviews
