Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related
  • Relevant certifications in PHP development or full stack development are advantageous
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a PHP Developer or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying full stack PHP applications
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including ES6+), and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Strong proficiency in PHP and its frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter
  • Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
  • Proficiency in working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MariaDB
  • Experience in designing and optimizing database schemas and writing complex SQL queries
  • Proficiency in version control systems such as Git for managing code repositories
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as PHPUnit for backend testing and Jest/Mocha for frontend testing
  • Ability to debug and troubleshoot PHP applications effectively
  • Familiarity with deployment processes and DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker is a plus
  • Understanding of security best practices for web application development and implementation within PHP applications
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience in creating user-friendly interfaces
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and best practices in PHP development
  • Fluent in English
