Job Description:

Integrated into the TMA team, the Designer-Developer is involved in all maintenance activities, including processing SN2 requests and replacing the Technical Advisor during vacations. The role involves various levels of maintenance, support, and development responsibilities while maintaining communication with the Application Manager.

Job Responsibility:

Corrective and preventive maintenance in operational condition (MCO)
Evolutionary maintenance
Level 2 (functional assistance) and Level 3 (technical expertise) support
Develop specifications and estimates for maintenance requests
Perform integration and functional validation tests
Assist the Client's MCO team and its business unit during acceptance testing
Ensure component development for various maintenance tasks
Communicate to the Application Manager potential discrepancies between needs analysis and technical implementation
Escalate unresolved issues

Requirements:

Fluent in French
Experience with Linux 7.5
Knowledge of PostgreSQL 10
Familiarity with SSIE 7.2, Apache 2.4.39, PHP 7.1.4
Experience with CakePHP - 2.9.8
Knowledge of Control-M
Ability to process SN2 requests
Capability to replace the Technical Advisor during vacations
