Job Responsibility

  • Lead small groups of guests on nature-based Arctic adventures in Lapland and taking photos during the activity
  • Give assistance and guidance in photography techniques and the use of cameras and equipment for our guests with their own photography gear
  • Share stories and insights about the local culture, wildlife, and natural wonders of the Arctic region
  • Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable and authentic experience for each guest
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during all activities
  • Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel valued and cared for

Requirements

  • B-driving license (mandatory) & experience driving in winter conditions
  • Fluency in English (required)
  • Additional language skills, especially in Spanish, French, Italian, German or Portuguese, are highly valued
  • Experience in outdoor guiding and leading groups
  • Customer service skills and a passion for sharing knowledge and telling stories
  • Photography experience is a plus, but we will provide photography training if needed
  • Interest and drive for self-development in night photography, portraiture and nature photography is preferred
  • Experience with photo editing software and DSLR-cameras or DSLM-cameras is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • First aid certification (Emergency First Response or similar) is preferred
