Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join shoezone’s growing Digital Marketing team. As Photography Assistant, you will have a keen interest in e-commerce photography, looking to get your first steps into a Photography career. You will support in-house photographers with preparation of products, shooting and editing all product photography for the website, as well as a range of other ad-hoc duties.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organising and preparing products for photography to ensure all shoes look their best
  • Photographing all product images using Ortery Capture 360 software
  • Editing of imagery to remove backgrounds, de-saturate shadows, and general retouching where required
  • Uploading product images into CMS to be used on the shoezone website
  • Inputting seasonal range sheets into Excel and organising products that are yet to be photographed
  • Sourcing products from the in-house Buying team for seasonal shoots
  • Assisting with Digital lifestyle imagery when required

Requirements:

  • Keen interest in e-commerce photography
  • Looking to get first steps into a Photography career
  • Highly organised
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good communication
  • Ideally some relevant experience
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom is highly beneficial
