Photographer

• Working with a Content Writer or collaborative team to identify the needs in support of the expected project outcome
• Operate professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras to capture high-quality photos in various environments
• Plan and execute photo shoots, including setup of lighting, equipment, and backgrounds
• Edit and enhance images using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop to meet brand and quality standards
• Perform color correction, retouching, cropping, and image optimization
• Manage digital files, including organizing, naming, and archiving photos
• Collaborate with internal teams or clients to understand creative requirements and timelines
• Ensure consistent visual style across all photography projects
• Maintain photography equipment and recommend upgrades or repairs as needed
• Meet project deadlines while managing multiple assignments

• High school diploma or GED
• at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform repairs to photography equipment
• Solid understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory
• Ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and visual quality
• Ability to effectively manage time and schedules
• Record keeping and organizational skills
