HAUS is looking for a Coordinator to join our Photo Editing team. We’re seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for Photography and Film and Television. Job Responsibility:
Supporting photo campaign managers on facilitation of independent contractor forms, ensuring status is current in supplier hub or invoicing/payment, and facilitation of SOWs and NDAs with delivery to our contracts hub
Supporting photo campaign managers in coordination with photo editors on retouching, color correction, approvals and QC metadata to ensure all assets delivered to our Photo DAM and Press site are accurate and complete
Coordinating partner requests - which includes tracking, organizing, and delivering against deadlines to key stakeholders (e.g. Consumer Products, Print production, Awards etc)
Distribute final images to relevant stakeholders and maintain digital asset management systems
Assisting photo campaign manager on pre-production, planning and coordination on photo shoots when necessary including scheduling, call sheets and talent logistics (transportation, meal preferences etc)
Ensuring all projects are archived from our Photo Labs to our cold storage
Setting up new vendors and maintaining updated status in our systems - Vendor onboarding / supplier hub
Remote event photo support - deliverables on our systems, links to PR for blast, remote alignment with PR and folks on the ground managing photographer in person
Requirements:
2-3 years of photo coordination experience at a studio, network or agency with a familiarity of publicity and marketing entertainment needs and knowledge of photo distribution systems (DAMs, press portals)
Experience managing a high volume of projects, collaborating with high-performing teams to track, organize and deliver various photo assets
A highly organized individual who is able to manage task intakes from multiple producers
Strong technical aptitude with a proven ability to quickly learn, adapt, and develop expertise across tools and software
Highly skilled at cultivating strong relationships and creating a positive, collaborative team dynamic
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Eager and always willing to learn and jump in
Flexibility, knowing that from day to day things might change
