Are you a skilled and compassionate individual looking to provide direct patient care and be supported to grow in your career? Come join the Adult Home Health team as a phlebotomist! This position is responsible for providing phlebotomy services to clients throughout our organization and wherever our clients call home, performing International Normalized Ratios (INRs), and collecting and transporting other specimens to respective labs This is an excellent opportunity for a current Phlebotomist as we build a career path within our client care model.

Job Responsibility:

Providing phlebotomy services to clients throughout our organization and wherever our clients call home
Performing International Normalized Ratios (INRs)
Collecting and transporting other specimens to respective labs
Upon LNA licensure: performing venipuncture procedures to collect blood specimens and providing nurse assistant care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Prior clinical lab, phlebotomy experience preferred
Successful completion of Phlebotomy Course Education (required)
