Job Description:

Start your career while making a real impact. We’re seeking a Phlebotomist to join a mission-driven team dedicated to providing safe, high-quality blood donation services. This position includes paid on-the-job training—no prior phlebotomy experience required.

Job Responsibility:

Perform donor registration, medical screenings, vital signs, phlebotomy, and related record-keeping
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance
Assist in verifying and completing daily documentation
Report equipment issues or donor concerns to the supervisor promptly
Assess donor needs throughout the donation process and respond to reactions appropriately
Educate donors on blood donation information and procedures
Travel to mobile donation sites and support team operations

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required
college coursework a plus
Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
Strong communication skills, reliability, and professionalism
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
MediClear or equivalent HIPAA credential required
