Prioritize and maintain efficient workflow to meet critical turnaround times. Practice positive patient identification and uphold the highest standards of safety. Embody HumanKindness in every interaction, fostering a supportive environment for patients and colleagues. Assist with specimen processing, intake, and distribution to testing areas. What we're looking for: A commitment to exceptional patient care and a keen eye for detail. Excellent venipuncture and capillary puncture skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive and adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of isolation and hand sanitization procedures. Familiarity with Blood Bank collection protocols is a plus!
