Job Description:

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Float to join our team in Wilbrham MA. Work Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday – Friday, scheduled hours vary between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm and rotating Saturdays. Pay Range: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour. Job Responsibility:

  • Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
  • Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
  • Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
  • Process billing information and collect payments when required
  • Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
  • Maintain patient and specimen information logs
  • Provide superior customer service to all patients
  • Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
  • Travel to additional sites when needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 6 or more months phlebotomy experience
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record with reliable transportation
  • Must be at least 21 years’ old
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
