Job Description:

Lead the major giving programme and help shape the strategy of this income stream for Arthur Rank Hospice Charity. An opportunity to join a respected, mission‑driven charity where expertise in cultivating high‑value relationships will directly support the patients and families cared for each year.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and deliver a dynamic major donor strategy
  • Create compelling cases for support

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a fundraising or income generation environment
  • Experience managing supporter relationships and creating fundraising strategies
  • Good knowledge of the principles and methods of Major Donor fundraising
  • Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously
