Job Description

As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day processes in the warehouse. You will have the opportunity to ensure customers receive quality products on time, train on standard operating procedures, and lead/contribute to the problem resolution process, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently, this is an opportunity located in Indianapolis, IN.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain Build schedules and deliver completed work on time
  • Examine MOs contents and compare with Shop traveller to verify accuracy
  • Perform advanced warehouse processes including receive, put away, pick, pack, and ship, including less than truck load (LTL)
  • Put away or decant parts in the automated warehouse
  • Manage cycle count for inventory accuracy
  • Conduct quality checks on products and parts and complete inventory control and research when needed
  • Monitor work and ensure Delivery on Time – Packed (DOTp) is maintained
  • Support the Problem Resolution Process (PRP)
  • Train on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Collaborate with other departments regarding any damages or discrepancies

Requirements

  • You have a high school diploma or GED with relevant experience
  • 4+ years of experience working in a warehouse
  • 4+ years of experience handling equipment
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with Warehouse Management System (Movex and Astro preferred)
  • Certified in equipment operation (Forklift, Order Picker, Turret Truck)
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds occasionally
