Job Description:

Pharmacy Technician role at CVS Health supporting pharmacy operations, patient care, and prescription fulfillment in a retail pharmacy setting

Job Responsibility:

Support pharmacy team in operational and service excellence
Assist patients and customers
Ensure accurate prescription fulfillment
Complete inventory activities
Support immunizations where allowable by law
Educate patients about vaccines
Monitor for adverse reactions
Contribute to safe and inclusive culture

Requirements:

Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws
Must be at least 16 years of age (if state doesn't specify)
High school diploma or equivalent (if state doesn't specify)
State-level licensure and national certification as required by state
Regular and predictable attendance including nights and weekends
Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe

Physical mobility and ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Nice to have:

1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Previous experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
Ability to work across multiple locations in the market
