Job Description:

Pharmacy Technician role at CVS Health providing patient care and assisting with prescription fulfillment in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment. Opportunity to grow technical and clinical knowledge through structured training and professional development.

Job Responsibility:

Manage assigned pharmacy workstations
Promptly, safely, and accurately fill patient prescriptions
Provide caring service exceeding customer expectations
Adhere to federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Maintain ethical conduct and ensure patient confidentiality
Complete CVS pharmacy technician training program

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years of age
Licensure requirements vary by state
Attention and focus
Customer service orientation
Communication skills
Mathematical reasoning
Problem resolution
Physical demands like remaining upright on feet, lifting occasionally up to 30 lbs
Visual acuity
Ability to satisfy registration, licensing, and certification requirements

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
PTCB National Certification
High school diploma or equivalent
