Job Description:

Pharmacy Technician position at CVS Health providing compassionate care to millions of patients, working in a leading retail pharmacy company to transform healthcare. Job Responsibility:

Deliver compassionate care to patients
Manage assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks
Support team's ability to promptly, safely and accurately fill patient prescriptions
Provide caring service that exceeds customer expectations
Ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met
Maintain patient confidentiality
Complete extensive CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years of age
Licensure requirements vary by state
Attention and Focus - ability to concentrate on a task over time without distraction
Customer Service Orientation - actively look for ways to help people in a friendly manner
Communication Skills - use and understand verbal and written communication
Mathematical Reasoning - ability to use math to solve problems
Problem Resolution - ability to judge when something is wrong and choose best course of action
Physical demands - remaining upright, moving about, finger work, extending arms, bending, stooping, speaking, hearing, visual acuity, occasional lifting up to 30 lbs

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
PTCB National Certification
