Job Description:

Pharmacy Technician position at CVS Health providing compassionate care to millions of patients, working in a leading retail pharmacy company to help people on their path to better health. Requires completion of CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program and satisfying all registration, licensing and certification requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver compassionate care to patients
Manage assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks
Support team's ability to promptly, safely and accurately fill patient prescriptions
Provide caring service that exceeds customer expectations
Maintain patient confidentiality
Ensure regulatory compliance standards are met

Requirements:

Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy
If state board does not mandate minimum age, must be at least 16 years of age
If state board does not mandate minimum education, must have high school diploma or equivalent or be actively enrolled

Physical demands including standing, moving, lifting up to 30 lbs
Visual acuity

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
PTCB National Certification
