Job Description:

Pharmacy Technician position at CVS Health providing opportunity to work in leading retail pharmacy company positively impacting lives and health of others. Job Responsibility:

Deliver compassionate care to patients
Manage assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks
Support team's ability to promptly, safely and accurately fill patient prescriptions
Provide caring service that exceeds customer expectations
Maintain highest professional and ethical standards
Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations
Maintain patient confidentiality

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years of age
Licensure requirements vary by state
Attention and Focus - ability to concentrate on tasks without distraction
Customer Service Orientation - friendly manner and understanding customer reactions
Communication Skills - verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues
Mathematical Reasoning - ability to use math to solve problems like calculating day's supply
Problem Resolution - judgment to recognize problems and choose best course of action
Physical demands including standing, moving, lifting up to 30 lbs, visual acuity for reading and computer work

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
PTCB National Certification
