Job Description:

We’re currently seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician with an ACT qualification to join the pharmacy department at a well-established NHS hospital in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for flexibility, excellent pay, and a chance to work in a collaborative team.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately dispensing prescriptions and medicines
Performing final accuracy checks (ACT duties)
Assisting with medicine supply, stock rotation, and inventory control
Supporting the wider pharmacy team in clinical service delivery
Maintaining up-to-date patient medication records
Liaising with clinical staff to promote safe and effective medicine use

Requirements:

Current GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician
ACT (Accuracy Checking Technician) accreditation – essential
NHS or hospital-based experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong team player with good communication skills
Able to manage responsibilities independently
