Job Description:

The Claims Analyst is responsible for reviewing pharmacy claims and identifying inaccuracies that might result in client over-payments. They ensure claims are accurately documented and processed according to policies. CVS Health aims to improve healthcare accessibility and affordability through dedicated professionals and innovative benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Reviewing pharmacy claims submitted through the CVS Health claims processing systems
Identifying and rectifying claim inaccuracies that would result in client over-payment
Contacting pharmacies for proper documentation to ensure a claim was submitted correctly
Monitoring assigned clients and reporting status on a regular basis
Following appropriate policies in the event of inaccurate claim submission

Requirements:

Retail pharmacy experience preferred (Valid AZ Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee License)
Reside within the Phoenix Metro area

Nice to have:

Ability to multitask and work independently
Effective communication skills
Bachelor's Degree
