Job Description:

GP Pharmacy Technician role at a friendly GP surgery in Sussex. Ongoing contract with immediate start available. Full-time hours Monday-Friday.

Job Responsibility:

Medicines reconciliation and repeat prescription management
Processing and reauthorising medication requests in line with practice policy
Supporting safe and effective prescribing
Liaising with GPs, pharmacists, nurses, and wider primary care staff
Providing advice and guidance to patients regarding medication queries
Supporting audits, prescribing projects, and medicines optimisation initiatives

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year GP surgery experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Confident working independently within a clinical GP setting
Full-time availability
