Job Responsibility
Process prescription exceptions, adeptly resolving claim rejects and conducting essential outreach to members and physicians
Accurately input member demographics and prescription details into our advanced data processing systems
Investigate and resolve complex rejected insurance billing issues and address escalated member concerns with professionalism
Collaborate closely with Pharmacists, escalating prescription-related questions for expert interpretation and guidance
Provide exceptional support by assisting with both inbound and outbound patient and physician communications
Undertake additional duties as assigned to support the seamless operation of our pharmacy services
Requirements
Be authorized to work in the United States
Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
Be able to work the following schedule: Monday – Wednesday 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM and either Thursday 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM or Saturday 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Be eligible for a Pharmacy Technician’s license for the State of Illinois
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as mandated by state regulations
