Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician in our Honolulu, Hawaii office. As a Pharmacy Technician with CVS Health, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including handling calls, prescription entry, and dispensing tasks. Job Responsibility:

Handling incoming calls from prescribers, members/patients, and customer care
Faxing, e-messaging and calling prescribers for prescription renewals, prescription clarifications and drug utilization review questions
Researching and resolving prescription issues
Prescription entry
Filling and labeling prescriptions
Packing prescriptions
Shipping prescriptions
Ensuring dispensing accuracy

Requirements:

1 Year of Customer Service Experience
1 Year of Microsoft Suite Experience
High School Diploma or GED required

Nice to have:

At least 6 months experience in a pharmacy technician role
CPhT licensed
