Job Description:

Pharmacy Technician position at CVS Health supporting pharmacy operations, patient care, and medication fulfillment in a retail pharmacy setting.

Job Responsibility:

Support pharmacy team in delivering operational excellence
Assist patients with prescriptions and service needs
Complete basic inventory activities
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures
Provide patient care services including immunizations (where allowed)
Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws
Must be at least 16 years of age (if state doesn't mandate minimum age)
High school diploma or equivalent (if state doesn't mandate education)
State-level licensure and certification as required
Regular and predictable attendance including nights and weekends
Ability to complete required training
Attention and focus
Customer service skills
Communication skills
Mathematical reasoning
Problem resolution
Physical ability to perform job duties

Nice to have:

1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Previous experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
Ability to work across multiple locations in the market
