Job Description:

Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician in Sheffield. This locum role involves supporting medication safety and optimisation in a primary care setting. Responsibilities include collaborating with GPs, pharmacists, and PCN teams; conducting clinical reviews; and ensuring the accuracy of medication records.

Job Responsibility:

carry out drug switching and support prescribing initiatives
follow local SOPs and contribute to protocol development
collaborate with GPs, pharmacists, and wider PCN teams
ensure accuracy in medication records and support QOF-related projects
use EMIS and SystmOne for documentation and clinical reviews

Requirements:

current and valid GPhC registration
experience working in primary care settings
strong skills using both EMIS and SystmOne clinical systems
ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
excellent communication and organisational skills
