Job Responsibility:
Execute, monitor, and train on inventory best practices and standard operating procedures across the entire facility
Manage comprehensive inventory activities including receiving, counting, ordering, and facilitating returns, ensuring accuracy of all items
Review and coordinate the effective use of reports and system applications to maintain accurate inventory balances and pricing
Implement and maintain asset protection techniques, processing claims for overages, shortages, order errors, or damaged goods
Validate process adherence and collaborate with leadership to create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Educate team members on inventory management processes, including order creation, review, receipt, and inter-store transfers
Ensure all deliveries are accurately scanned and processed, taking appropriate action for discrepancies or undelivered items
Verify all product shipments are posted, completing inventory activities such as recalls, vendor returns, and transfers of excess or damaged goods
Maintain accurate on-hand quantities across all inventory locations through regular cycle counts and updates
Manage consumables processes to ensure continuous item availability and complete on-shelf availability (OSA) tasks
Support ordering of expense items, monitor manual orders for excess, and manage consigned inventory
Ensure designated pull and quarantine items are updated and correctly placed
Assist in preparing for and supporting physical inventory activities, including auditing and floor preparation
Ensure inventory compliance with all state and local regulations
Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, posting, and filing invoices/receipts/return authorizations
Process exceptions related to product distribution, resolving claim rejects and conducting outreach as needed
Accurately enter member demographics and product information into the data processing system
Research and resolve rejected billing issues or escalated member concerns
Escalate complex product-related questions to appropriate personnel for interpretation or processing guidance
Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician communications
Requirements:
Be authorized to work in the United States
Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
Be able to work on a W-2 basis
Hold a current Pharmacy Technician’s License and/or Registration for the state of Pennsylvania
High School diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar operational or product distribution role
Current Registration and Certification as required by state of operation
