Job Description:

Pharmacy Technician position at CVS Health providing compassionate care to millions of patients daily. Role involves working in a retail pharmacy environment to help people on their path to better health through prescription advising and chronic condition management.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver compassionate care to patients
Manage assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks
Support team's ability to promptly, safely and accurately fill patient prescriptions
Maintain highest professional and ethical standards
Ensure regulatory compliance standards are met
Maintain patient confidentiality

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years of age
Licensure requirements vary by state
Attention and Focus - ability to concentrate on tasks
Customer Service Orientation - friendly manner, understanding customer reactions
Communication Skills - verbal and written communication
Mathematical Reasoning - ability to use math to solve problems
Problem Resolution - judgment and decision making
Physical demands including standing, moving, lifting up to 30 lbs, visual acuity

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
PTCB National Certification
