Job Description:

Join the pharmacy team at a busy NHS hospital as a Band 5 ACT/MMT Pharmacy Technician. Your role will include performing final accuracy checks (ACT), supporting medicines management across wards (MMT duties), liaising with clinical staff to ensure safe and effective use of medicines, participating in stock control and ward top-ups, and contributing to patient discharge and medication counselling.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician
ACT accreditation and recent MMT experience essential
Previous NHS hospital experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
