Job Description:

CVS Health is seeking Pharmacy Technicians to support operational and service excellence in retail pharmacy locations. Responsibilities include assisting the pharmacy team, providing empathetic service to patients, completing inventory tasks, complying with laws and policies, delivering additional patient health care services, and supporting immunization efforts. The role involves a rigorous training program and meeting state-level licensing requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Following company SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures
Assisting patients with genuine care and empathy
Completing basic inventory activities
Contributing to a high-performing and growth-oriented team
Remaining flexible in scheduling and voluntarily traveling to other stores as needed
Complying with laws, regulations, and ethical principles
Supporting vaccination efforts, including licensure, training, and responding to adverse reactions

Requirements:

Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or pharmacy laws
Must be at least 16 years of age, if not addressed by state board
High school diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled in high school equivalency program
State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Nice to have:

1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
Ability to work across multiple store locations as needed
