Job Description:

As the Pharmacy Technician, under the supervision of a pharmacist, you will assist in the various activities of the pharmacy department. The Austin pharmacy department is focused on growing the pharmacy technician workforce to support the expanded scope of technicians to support pharmaceutical care in our facilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the provision of inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services
  • Assist in aseptic, non-sterile production and cytotoxic preparation
  • Repackage pharmaceutical products
  • Support inventory management and medication distribution activities

Requirements:

  • Accuracy and efficiency in medication supply processes
