Job Description:

Join our client’s team as a Pharmacy Technician within a Mental Health NHS Trust and support the safe and effective delivery of medicines across multiple community sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a mental health setting – no prior mental health experience is required, making it ideal for technicians looking to broaden their NHS experience.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure the safe storage of medicines across various sites
Review depot injection cards and reconcile deliveries with invoices
Maintain patient databases for prescribed treatments
Assist clinical teams with medication-related queries and support training to uphold SOPs and policies
Travel across different sites depending on daily service demand

Requirements:

Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
Strong knowledge of how pharmacy services operate and dealing with prescriptions
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Flexibility to work across 13 sites as needed
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Nice to have:

No prior mental health experience required
