Job Responsibility:

Manage assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks
Support team's ability to promptly, safely and accurately fill patient prescriptions
Provide caring service that exceeds customer expectations
Deliver compassionate care to patients
Maintain highest professional and ethical standards
Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local laws and regulations
Maintain patient confidentiality
Complete CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years of age
Licensure requirements vary by state
Attention and Focus - ability to concentrate on tasks without distraction
Customer Service Orientation - actively look for ways to help people in a friendly manner
Communication Skills - use verbal and written communication to interact with customers and colleagues
Mathematical Reasoning - ability to use math to solve problems like calculating day's supply of prescriptions
Problem Resolution - ability to judge when something is wrong and choose best course of action
Physical demands - remaining upright for sustained periods, moving about, finger work, extending arms, bending, stooping, lifting up to 30 lbs

Nice to have:

Previous experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
Previous experience as Pharmacy Technician
PTCB National Certification
High School diploma or equivalent
