Job Description

Experienced NVQ2 Dispenser → Train & Progress to Pharmacy Technician / Assistant Manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys dispensary work but is now looking to expand their clinical skills, take on more responsibility, and grow into leadership within community pharmacy.

Job Responsibility

Deliver outstanding patient and customer care
Support and mentor colleagues within the pharmacy team
Ensure SOP and regulatory compliance
Assist with the development and delivery of pharmacy services
Contribute to improving pharmacy performance and patient outcomes
Help support the day-to-day running of the pharmacy
Develop confidence managing a diverse team

Requirements

Previous community pharmacy experience
NVQ Level 2 Dispenser qualification or GPhC Registered Pharmacy Technician

Nice to have

Strong experience working as a dispenser or technician
Previous Assistant Pharmacy Manager experience
Familiarity with ProScript PMR system
ACT qualification
Vaccination training or willingness to train
