Primary responsibility of a Pharmacy Service Associate is to work alongside our Pharmacy staff in maintaining accurate and organized delivery records, following CVS policies and procedures in handling and packing Specialty medications, work the computerized delivery system and stocking and ordering of supplies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Pack the medication orders according to procedures in preparation for shipping via various carriers for final delivery to the patient
  • Prepare medication order for shipping
  • Misc. Duties Point of Sale (POS) responsibilities for stores with walk in customers
  • Customer service with includes answering phones, ringing out RX’s, handle cash & checks, and assist with customer needs
  • Maintain waiting/front store area
  • Maintain prescription waiting bin

Requirements:

  • Active WA state Pharmacy Assistant License or WA state Pharmacy Technician License
  • Experience in a customer service or Shipping & Handling environment
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand on feet all day
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
