Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking out a Pharmacy Technician-in-Training in #071 Linton, North Dakota to start/grow their pharmacy career. Completion of Thrifty White Pharmacy's Training Program (ASHP/ACPE Accredited) is required, along with all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to the North Dakota Board of Pharmacy.
Job Responsibility:
Providing excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business
Champions Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx and assists with enrolling patients
Maintains prescription information to ensure accurate records
Understands and follows Medicare Part B requirements
Troubleshoots any rejected claims or billing issues
Assists customers with Medicare Part D questions
Maintains proper level of nursing home filling procedures
Able to learn and implement new and changing technologies on an ongoing basis
Able to maintain flexibility in new or changing work roles and the modification of job responsibilities as required
Willing to help anywhere in the store or nearby locations as needed
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be or willing to become a certified pharmacy technician per North Dakota state requirements
Must be willing to commit to completing Thrifty White Pharmacy's Training Program (ASHP/ACPE Accredited) within the timeline provided
Must be willing to work between both Ashley, ND and Linton, ND locations
Must possess excellent customer service skills
Must possess attention to detail
Must possess the ability to maintain patient confidentiality
Good attendance and punctuality is required
Must be able to perform physical demands including long periods of standing, talking, hearing, using hands and fingers, handling or operating objects, reaching with arms, occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds, and possessing specific vision abilities
