Are you looking to learn and grow in your Pharmacy Career? Our pharmacy team is growing and we are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join us!

Job Responsibility:

Under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, Supervisor, and/or Director of Pharmacy Services, performs a wide variety of Pharmacy duties to meet the needs for patients in the hospital
Pharmacy Technician duties include filling routine drug orders for unit dose medications, refilling medications in Pharmacy Automated Dispensing Cabinets, performing Non-Sterile and Sterile Compounding
Other duties include repackaging of medication into unit dose barcoded packages, replenishes code carts drug supply and performs inventory duties for the Central Pharmacy operation

Requirements:

High school level of education
Minimum of 3 months work experience as Pharmacy Technician preferred
Hospital pharmacy experience desirable
Required Licenses / Registrations: RPT or RPI - Registered Pharmacy Technician or Registered Pharmacy Intern
Required Certifications: CPhT - Certified Pharmacy Technician
ExCPT-Certified Pharmacy Technician
Pharmacy Technician - Board of Registration in Pharmacy (Massachusetts)

Nice to have:

Student enrolled in a Pharm D program, with an accredited institution, is eligible for consideration as a Technician Trainee
Third year Pharm D program student will be given consideration as Registered Pharmacy Intern
