Job Responsibility:
Support the operations of Quality Prescription Services (QPS), the fraud, waste, abuse, and member safety program for PBM clients with Federal and/or State government lives
Use online databases and other resources to document appropriate recommendations, clinical decisions and responses
Creation and maintenance of member files
Generation, mailing and tracking of member and prescriber correspondence
Assistance testing reports during IT upgrades
Support the QPS department to deliver the highest quality service to client and membership, healthcare providers, and internal partners.
Requirements:
Valid Arizona State Certified Pharmacy Technician License & Registration
Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs including: Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
1+ years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
Arizona resident.
Nice to have:
Previous experience with fraud, waste, and abuse programs.
