Job Description:

Clinical Assistant Pharmacy Technician working within the Medication Therapy Management (MTM) side of CVS Pharmacy, helping members on their path to better health by providing customer service and supporting the care process

Job Responsibility:

Handle general questions about medication therapy management service
Support all phases of the care process including enrollment
Create and maintain electronic medical/pharmacy records
Appointment scheduling
Care plan processing/mailing
Support inbound and outbound calls from plan members
Document activity and maintain electronic medical records

Requirements:

Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License or Registered/Licensed Pharmacy Technician Trainee
At least 6 months of pharmacy technician experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Nice to have:

CVS Health experience
Experience working in a retail, hospital, medical office, or pharmacy setting
Valid/Active PTCB Certification or NHA Certification
