As a Clinical Assistant Pharmacy Technician you will be working within the Medication Therapy Management (MTM) side of CVS Pharmacy as valued team member helping our members on their path to better health every single day by providing top notch customer service. As the first point of contact, you would handle general questions about the service and support all phases of the care process starting with enrollment, creation and maintenance of an electronic medical/pharmacy record, appointment scheduling, and care plan processing/mailing. As a Clinical Assistant, you would also help support inbound and outbound calls from plan members, document activity and maintain electronic medical records while providing the highest quality healthcare and service to plan members and other internal and external partners. All of our technicians work on a 40 hour work week, we assist our members Monday through Friday, no weekends and no holidays. This position is setup in a hybrid work from home structure. The hybrid structure is working in a scheduled rotation of 1 week work from home, and 1 week onsite/in office. This rotation starts after 90-days from the start date with the completion of training and a performance review. Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm, then 9:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday (time change). Requirements:

  • Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License or Registered/Licensed Pharmacy Technician Trainee
  • At least 6 months of pharmacy technician experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Nice to have:

  • CVS Health experience
  • Experience working in a retail, hospital, medical office, or pharmacy setting
  • Valid/Active PTCB Certification or NHA Certification
