Job Responsibility:

carry out comprehensive medication reviews
support wards and clinicians with accurate dispensing
implement best-practice treatment plans
check prescriptions as an ACT
liaise with a specialist multi-disciplinary team

Requirements:

Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) qualification
Hospital medicines management experience (qualification desirable but not essential)
Oncology experience (a strong bonus)
Energy, initiative, and a proactive attitude
Passion for patient care and clinical accuracy
