Job Description:

Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in improving the lives of hospital inpatients. In this role, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, create and implement personalised care plans, deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, and maintain accurate patient records.
