Job Responsibility:

Champion Healthcare Excellence: Engage in our dynamic production fulfillment zones, directly contributing to our mission by meeting and exceeding specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Master Technical Precision: Maintain high standards and ensure every prescription is processed with accuracy and care
Scale Your Impact: Grow through three distinct performance levels (Beginner: Process 50 to 100 prescriptions per day
Intermediate: Handle 100 to 175 prescriptions per day
Advanced: Exceed 175 prescriptions per day)

Requirements:

Completion of a GED or high school diploma
An active State Technician and PTCB license (or Technician Trainee license)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice to have:

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated computer skills
Pharmaceutical Expertise: Completion of a recognized Pharmacy Technician Certification Program (PTCP)
Experience: Prior experience in a pharmacy setting and a proven track record of accuracy in data entry roles within the pharmacy sector
Attention to Detail
Customer Service Excellence: A strong background in customer service
