Job Description:

This is a part-time position that includes evening and weekend shifts. Shift times will vary. Position is based in Rochester, NY and requires up to 6 weeks of training at our corporate office. Upon completion of training, this position is fully work from home.

Job Responsibility:

  • Able to answer a high volume of incoming calls
  • assist customers by answering any questions
  • Communicate with internal customers (store pharmacies) regarding customer information/orders
  • Meet individual goals and team averages for number of calls per hour and talk time per call
  • Able to multi-task and complete work efficiently and effectively
  • Comply with all policies, state and federal laws including HIPAA

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Systems aptitude, data entry and multitasking skills
  • Must have a secure and private workspace to answer calls per HIPAA guidelines

Nice to have:

  • 1 or more years of pharmacy technician experience
  • Call center experience
  • Medical or insurance experience
  • Proficiency with EnterpriseRx
